Gingerbread University is a fun place everyone would visit. Located in Baiting Hollow, this place used to be a barn. 8. Watch a race at Riverhead Raceway


Riverhead Raceway stretches over 400m (1312 feet) race track which is oval in shape. It exhibits a figure eight structure. This is the primary race track located in Riverhead since Westhampton Raceway closed down. A highlight of this race track is the huge statue of a Native American that has been fixed at the entrance of the race track. The original statue was destroyed after Hurricane Sandy struck the city. Since then, it has been rebuilt and continues to stand at the same place. There are seven racing divisions here and various races are held throughout the year.
