Eagal Lakes Resort is a private, members-only resort that offers a variety of outdoor sports and entertainment. Its main feature is a huge man-made 2100-ft (640-m) water sports lake for private use. It’s located behind the club’s Master Craft Boat surrounded by pristine beaches intended for swimming, pedal boating, water skiing, tubing, kayaking, and paddleboarding. The13-ac (0.02 sq mi) Bass Lake is fully stocked for unlimited catch-and-release fishing. The resort also has grass and beach volleyball, a disk golf course, a full basketball court, a corn hole, soccer fields, and a competition-level horseshoe pit. The on-site bar and restaurant offers cocktails and gourmet food. The nature trails are for trekking, mountain biking, and jogging. The Squeeze Inn has nine locations all over California. This local burger chain has a casual dining atmosphere, where they serve their famous burgers and live musical entertainment. Their burgers are famous for the unique cheese skirt, a signature cheese topping on their mouth-watering patties. Also famous on their menu are the veggie burger and teriyaki burger. Order the Double Squeeze Burger, the house specialty that comes with savory fries. Plaza parking and outdoor seating are not a problem even with the pandemic situation. Situated at downtown Tracy, this facility opened in September of 2007, hosts 50,000 patrons a year and is currently celebrating its 10th Anniversary Season. It is a one-of-its-kind municipal interdisciplinary arts center in the state of California, offering professional and community-based fine art programming through art education, exhibitions and performances.

Tracy Historical Museum is the best place to find out about this city’s past and rich heritage of being a railroad centre and how agriculture become such an important part of Tracy today. You can expect to see and experience the visual history of Tracy through some of the people, places, and events that are part of its rich history. Exhibits also include some artifacts from local Native American culture – such as a mortar and pestle used to grind acorns – and other donated collections.

11. Carnegie State Vehicular Recreation Area

Took my bike offload fro the first time and had a great time!! Took a fairly easy route to the top of the hill that you see in the last photos! Carnegie State Vehicular Recreation Area just outside Livermore.

As a visitor, you must not miss the wildlife that lives around the beautiful Tracy. The best place to seek them out is to get into the open at the Carnegie State Vehicular Recreation Area. In the area, riding facilities are available for various skills, including tracks for children and beginners. There are campsites in the park too, so you may take your time exploring the area and do not forget to look out for raptors, red-tailed hawks, kestrel or golden eagles, black-tailed deer, Tule elk, feral pigs, wild turkeys, bobcats, badgers and much more amidst the beautiful flowers growing in the grassland.

Take a good look at Tracy from above in a hot air balloon, this will give you a different kind of ‘high’ experience! The hot air balloons are launched shortly after dawn, when the winds are calm and the surroundings are the most beautiful. The balloons will fly out of the Tracy Municipal Airport through San Francisco Bay Area, Livermore Wine Country, Tracy Wine Region and Ag Country. Each balloon can accommodate 4 to 8 passengers based on total weight, and with the FAA Certified Commercial Pilot, you will have a safe and pleasant journey up in the sky. The entire ride is approximately 1 hour, you will get a personalised Flight Certificate and a special Professor Muldoon Pin.

If you just want to take home some of the beers, 32 or 64 ounce bottles are available for you. They can be filled with any beer from their taps and refilled over and over.
