Ride your own horse with the help of a trained guide under the balmy Florida weather, either right on the beach or in the various state parks here. The horses are calm and friendly, and they enjoy trotting along the beachside. However, on the beach, you may have to wait for low tide to set in as it is dangerous to ride during high tide. So, be sure to reserve a spot here, as reservations are only taken during low tide and they can therefore fill up quickly. Guests mention that the horses appear to be very healthy and well cared for, and are naturally friendly and warm creatures.
