A wide variety of fun activities await you at the 180-acre (728,434 square meters) Oak Grove Regional Park. Go for a walk on the nature trail and be astounded by the beautiful oak trees. The Nature Center is where you can learn more about the park’s flora and fauna through various exhibits. On the weekends of April to October, you can explore the serene lake in an aqua cycle or paddle boat. It’s your opportunity to see the ducks, catfish, and trout up-close. If you just want to relax and enjoy a delightful meal with your friends or family, then head to one of the picnic tables. Other highlights include playgrounds, a camping area for kids, horseshoe pits, and a disc golf course with 18 holes.

Just like the previous entry, the 22-acre (89,030 square meters) Victory Park offers plenty of exciting activities. You can go for a relaxing stroll to check out the picturesque palm trees or head to one of the ponds for a chance to feed the ducks. There’s also a garden where you can admire different types of roses. If you visit during the summer, then don’t miss the beloved Concerts in the Park. The event features performances from some of the city’s most famous bands. Have a picnic while enjoying the music.

Another highlight of Victory Park is the brick building known as the Haggin Museum. After marveling at the exterior, head inside to see awe-inspiring paintings dating back to the 19th century. 3. Wat Dhammararam

Wat Dhammararam on Carpenter Road was built in 1982 to serve as the religious center of Stockton’s Cambodian residents. Head to this Buddhist temple and see over 90 colorful statues, the most famous of which is the 50-foot-long (15.24 meters) reclining Buddha. The site is also well-known for its vibrant Cambodian new year celebrations. So if you visit in mid-April, you will have a chance to learn more about the culture through dance numbers, musical performances, and religious ceremonies. 4. Pixie Woods Amusement Park

Bob Hope Theatre in East Main Street was established in 1930, and it’s included on the list of the National Register of Historical Places.
