2. Hit the slopes at Diamond Peak Ski Resort
If you are heading to Incline Village in the winter, head over to the Diamond Peak Ski Resort to hit the slopes and enjoy the snow! A great mountain for beginners, including children. Try your first set of skis or strap into a snowboard and hit the slopes.

3. Incline Beach
If you haven’t completely finished getting your tan while at Sand Harbor, stop by Incline Beach too! This makes Incline Village a great destination if you want to try a sampling of different beaches during your stay. There is a picnic area as well as a grilling area where you can enjoy a lovely picnic/barbecue with your friends and family while visiting Incline Village.

4. Go on a hike!
If you’re the hiking type and love to see beautiful views, take the Tahoe Meadows Whole Access Interpretive Trail. The trail is over 270 kilometers (165 miles) and can be hiked, mountain biked, or taken on horses– don’t worry you don’t have to hike all 270 kilometers (165 miles)! The trail encompasses the ridge tops of the Lake Tahoe Basin and the Tahoe Rim Trail overlaps with approximately 80 kilometers (fifty miles) of the Pacific Crest National Scenic Trail. Definitely a great activity if you love to go hiking outdoors!

5. Stop by a local brewery
The Alibi Ale Works and Brewery is an excellent stop if you are interested in tasting the locally crafted beer. See how they make their beer, taste their selections and enjoy! You must be 21 years or older to enter, so this activity is perfect for a travel group of adults only. Don’t forget your ID!

6. Take a visit to the Mark Twain Cultural Center
If you are a lover of Samuel Clemens, more famously known as “Mark Twain,” the prolific American author, stop by the Mark Twain Cultural Center, located right in the downtown area of Incline Village! Learn about his life and how he became the celebrated man he is known as today.

7. Play some golf
If you are looking to work on your swing while visiting Incline Village, stop by the Incline Village Championship Golf Course or the Mountain Golf Course. Both are beautifully kept courses with gorgeous views of the area. The Mountain Golf Course offers great terrain and an exciting variety of holes, whereas the Championship Golf Course features a classic Robert Trent Jones Sr. design, and was renovated in 2003. Both are excellent choices if you want to enjoy the outdoors and play a great sport with friends and family!

8. Charter a boat on Lake Tahoe
If you want to try to catch some fish while in Incline Village, charter a boat and head onto Lake Tahoe for some fun at the lake! Grab your bait and fishing poles and head out on the water, or rent from the charter company. Go fishing while enjoying spectacular 360-degree views while on this wonderful body of water.
