CsendesM is located in District V, not far from the National Museum. The owners are truly dedicated to sustainability. Everything at CsendesM is free of animal products, additives, and preservatives, while all packaging is 100% biodegradable. Most items on the menu can be made gluten-free and the meals are so delicious you won’t miss meat at all (cauliflower alfredo anyone?). This is probably the least expensive restaurant on this list; you can get a filling meal for less than 3 USD, making it a great option for those traveling on a budget.
