Moab Diner first opened more than three decades ago, and it was previously called Poor Boy Drive-Inn. It instantly rose to popularity as a burger joint for local Moab residents, becoming a favourite hangout joint for many, especially lovebirds. The drive-inn later closed, and the establishment turned into a full-service restaurant with an ice cream counter that’s still open today.
