Explore the outdoors
Zion National Park is open all year but it’s best to plan your vacation. Although the park is still beautiful in the winter, spring and summer, the best time to visit would be in the fall. This is when the temperature cools down. It’s the perfect time to explore the outdoors! Some of the best hikes at Zion are Angels Landing, Emerald Pools, The Subway and Narrows, Kolob and the Grand Canyon. Activities include canyoneering, horseback riding, camping and backpacking. They also have a museum that displays the history of the national park. Stay informed and visit the museum; they open from 10 am to 5 pm.
