Festively decorated stalls will offer the unique produce of more than 45 local artisans, crafters, designers, and confectionaries, including special gifts and holiday foods. The Christmas Village in Philadelphia is an annual affair held in the city’s beautiful LOVE Park. A selection of more than 80 wooden stalls will be set up, as well as a vendor tent, offering an international selection of festive holiday gifts, jewelry, home-ware, arts and crafts and Christmas ornaments, as well as a delicious selection of European food, including sweets and hot beverages to warm up in the chilly air.

The Lucia Fest and Christmas Market is hosted each year by the American Swedish Historical Museum in Philadelphia. The event sees numerous stalls at the Lucia Fest and Christmas Market, selling Christmas decorations, gifts, deli food, holiday foods, and sweets. Refreshments are also available in the Swedish Christmas Café. Festive processions are held at 1pm and 3:15pm during the day. Tickets can be purchased online prior to arrival at the event.

The Cricket Cringle Holiday Market is held each year during late November and early December. The outdoor holiday market features stalls held by more than 40 merchants, selling local and handcrafted goods, including housewares, greens, wreaths, Christmas decorations, jewelry, and other gifts. There is also a selection of food vendors and food trucks serving up seasonal food and drinks, including craft beer, hot chocolate, and holiday cocktails. The first 500 visitors to arrive for each event will be handed a free shopping tote to carry their purchases home.

Christkindlmarkt is held in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, each year and has been dubbed one of the best U.S. holiday markets by ‘Travel + Leisure’. The holiday event features numerous stalls, selling handmade arts and crafts by more than 150 artisans, as well as handmade ornaments, collectibles, and nutcrackers from Germany. Live Christmas music sounds throughout the market, along with the hearty and jolly laughter of St. Nick. Visitors can enjoy a variety of events during the market period, including glassblowing and ice carving demonstrations, including the Hot Glass Experience: Ornament. There are a number of fire pits and igloos around the PNC Plaza for warming up. For an additional fee, breakfast can be enjoyed with St. Nicholas. Pet photo sessions are also available with St. Nick on Friday, November 22 and December 6 from 5:30pm to 7pm at 5 USD per pet.
