A large family gathering needs much more space than a regular house. Just on the edge of town, this winter chalet is surrounded by 35 ac (14 ha) of manicured gardens and woodland with a natural, private pond. Fish trout for dinner or explore the pond on a paddleboard.

This independent house makes it possible to explore the city and the mountains since it’s within the town center. The common areas are open plan making it easy for the entire group to interact, even in the kitchen. The backyard is completely fenced, making it safe for children and pets. It is also shaded by several mature trees, under which you can host a picnic lunch or a private tea party.
The ground includes two bedrooms, including the master bedroom, and the utility room, while the common areas are on the second level.
