The restaurant Cane Rosso is well known for serving one of the best Italian dishes in town. The founder and owner Jay Jerrier had visited Italy during his honeymoon and fallen in love with the authentic pizza over there. After coming back home, he set up a wood-burning oven in his backyard and mastered the art of creating Neapolitan-style pizza. In the year 2011, the restaurant Cane Rosso was born at the Deep Ellum district of Dallas. Apart from being the owner of this establishment, Jay Jerrier is also a rescuer of dogs. Thus, dogs are very much welcome in the small and cozy patio of the restaurant.
