Este edificio tiene historia. Original del s XIX y habiendo sido renovado a nuevo en 2017, de amplio espacio, con muebles y electrodomésticos modernos. Cuenta con cama queen y varios sillones, lavarropas, es muy luminoso. De arquitectura veneciana y en el corazón del casco antiguo de Corfú, con vistas a la Iglesia de San Spiridon. El balcón da acceso directo al ambiente de la ciudad y desde allí se puede observar el movimiento de la plaza y el suave sonido de las campanas. Lo pintoresco del lugar es que conserva detalles de su pasado e inclusive que el edificio es de los más fotografiados de Corfú ya que algunas de las celebraciones tradicionales ortodoxas de Pascua también tienen lugar en la plaza debajo de ella.
