Located at the world-renowned hotel, The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Fearing’s Restaurant has the same quality and ambience you can expect from such an establishment. It has a rustic feel to the place, with large windows that have the view of the hotel’s garden, wooden decors all around, and leather seats, you’d sense that this is what modern southern hospitality feels like. As for the food, Chef Dan Fearing, considered as the “father of Southwestern cuisine”, created an elevated American cuisine with a unique southwestern touch. Beyond the main dining room, this fancy place to eat in Dallas also has a wine cellar and the Rattlesnake Bar, where guests can be served a wide variety of spirits of their choosing.
