Thyme Matters is a restaurant-bar in El Paso, Texas that is owned by Chef Chavez, a Texan who got her culinary master’s degree in Florence, Italy. She has over the years sharpened her culinary skills and is now well known for it. The restaurant is open from 11 am to 11 pm for lunch, dinner and then drinks, and guests have the options of sitting at the patio or the lounge. In addition to that, the restaurant also has a special events room which is rented out for parties or birthdays or business meetings and the like. The menu consists of mostly Italian cuisine with a little mix of Chef Chavez’s own ideas.
