She has over the years sharpened her culinary skills and is now well known for it. The restaurant is open from 11 am to 11 pm for lunch, dinner and then drinks, and guests have the options of sitting at the patio or the lounge. In addition to that, the restaurant also has a special events room which is rented out for parties or birthdays or business meetings and the like. The restaurant at the hotel is called the Fire Restaurant and serves casual to uptown cuisine, including Southwestern specialities and their famous award-winning enchiladas. If you don’t want your evening to end there, the hotel has a Fire Bar where you can retire to get drinks or the M Café where you can get a coffee and relax.
