Head of the Ohio, or HOTO, is a rowing race that’s held on Ohio and Allegheny River at Pittsburgh. It is one of the largest rowing races in the nation, with thousands of athletes competing. This regatta is open for rowers of all ages and qualifications, including Juniors, Masters, Adaptive, and Collegiate rowers.

The race starts upstream in downtown Pittsburgh and finishes downstream at Point State Park. This family-friendly event also features other off-water attractions and entertainment options for all ages.
