Ethos, which is only a short distance from Oxford Circus, will not just appeal to gluten-free diners but to vegetarians as well - as its menu only offers meat-free cuisine. What’s more, this self-service restaurant operates a pay-by-weight menu during lunches and dinners and, as such, you can pay as much or as little as you like. Previous diners loved the buffet-style serving system as well as the “brilliant selection” of dishes; dozens of which are gluten-free. These include the likes of traditional Greek salads to roasted squash and spinach.
