The San Luis Potosi Visitor’s Center, located across from the Plaza de Armas, is only a few blocks from the hotel. The hotel will have a restaurant in the near future as well (renovations are underway). In the meantime, an alliance with a local restaurant, the Restaurant La Posada del Virrey, is only minutes away by walking. This restaurant offers guests regional dishes traditional to the San Luis Potosi area at very reasonable prices. I recommend the enchiladas potosinas, a traditional regional selection and very filling.
Several other local restaurants are within walking distance featuring a wide range of local dishes as well as classic menu options. Local fresh markets offer a great selection of fresh produce for quick snacks and flavor.
Coffee shops and museums are also convenient to the hotel, providing guests with multiple options to relax and experience the culture and atmosphere of the city.
