Kishimoto Japanese Restaurant is best known for its range of sushi, but it also offers a good selection of appetizers, udon, and cooked fish dishes. Chef Akira Kishimoto and his staff boast classic and creative Japanese food that focuses on using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Wild salmon is used in their dishes, along with carefully selected imported fish from Tokyo, flown in specially for the restaurant. All their sushis, soups, sauces, and desserts are made from scratch, including their famous blend of tamari shoyu.
