A great option for groups of eight looking for a peaceful retreat, this log cabin is a lakefront property with a private beach and a great view of Okanagan Lake. It’s spacious with big windows and a clean wooden interior. One of the best parts of this property is the huge outdoor deck where you can use the grill and share meals. You can also just relax with a drink, looking out onto the water and giving your dog a few scratches.

Right by Oyama Lake is this cozy little cabin, which is wonderful for getting in touch with the great outdoors. It’s found on a fishing resort with other cabins and campsites and has a nearby trail where you can hike or ride bikes. Your four-legged friends are absolutely welcome here for an additional daily fee of $10. Bring them along when you go fishing and try not to leave them unattended - just make sure to keep them on a leash when in the camp. The host also requests that you keep them off the furniture and clean up after them.
The lake is full of trout year-round and is also great for swimming, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Outside establishments might be a bit harder to go to, but there is a store on the premises for your regular needs.
