Built with logs, this home sits on an estate that sprawls across 40 ac (16.19 ha), next to Douglas Lake. The rental comes with its own dock. You can rent a Tritoon pontoon boat if you’d like to spend time on the lake. Complimentary kayaks and paddle boats are also available. 8. Excellent cabin for a quick getaway, Dandridge (from USD 250)
If you’re visiting between early April and late September, you will have access to a floating dock. This is because there will be water in the nearby cove during this period. The dock is private, and you can rent ski boats, jet skis and pontoon boats from vendors located nearby. You’ll be protected from strong winds and stormy weather by the cove.
