Coop’s Place is a restaurant and bar serving Cajun food, including fried chicken, seafood gumbo and jambalaya along with quesadillas, lamb and seafood dishes. There is also a wide variety of pasta, sides, salads, and sandwiches along with an excellent wine list. Coop’s Place has been running since 1983 and gives a true taste of New Orleans in no-frills premises and at reasonable prices.
