KoMex Fusion Express started by accident, back in 2008. The owners of a Mexican meat market were adding Mexican ingredients, like pico do gallo, to their Korean meats and it took off from there. Their menu includes a variety of Mexican/Korean spins on traditional dishes, like fusion tater tots, nachos, and sliders. Most meals include their homemade KoMex slaw and either Bulgogi or Spanish rice. They also incorporate interesting proteins such as pork belly and tofu in their menu.

Unlike most of the restaurants on this list, they are open 24/7 and serve breakfast. The chef is an expert at mole sauce, you can find a sample platter of three of his best, on the dinner menu. For those who like more of an American take they also offer gourmet burgers, like the Mexican burger, topped with three cheese, grilled onions and peppers and guacamole.
