KoMex Fusion Express started by accident, back in 2008. The owners of a Mexican meat market were adding Mexican ingredients, like pico do gallo, to their Korean meats and it took off from there. Their menu includes a variety of Mexican/Korean spins on traditional dishes, like fusion tater tots, nachos, and sliders.
