3. Casa Munras Garden Hotel & Spa (from USD 225)

What is now Casa Munras Garden Hotel & Spa was originally built to serve as a private residence for Spanish diplomat Don Estéban Munras in 1824. The house, named La Granja, was carefully constructed using handmade adobe bricks and native construction materials.
