You can spend many great holidays like Halloween, Christmas, New Year and others in Niseko, surrounded by the wild nature. At Niseko Northern Resort Annupuri you will feel like in a true mountain resort. The lobby is always decorated according to the upcoming holidays so the entire place has a very relaxing atmosphere.
Niseko Northern Resort Annupuri
Many people associate Niseko with ski slopes. In fact Niseko’s powder snow is known for its high quality and attracts many Australian visitors in the winter when it’s summer in Australia.
Niseko Northern Resort Annupuri is located right next to Niseko Annupuri International Ski Area so foreign guests unfamiliar with the local town can stay safely next to the ski slopes. Most Japanese hotels are quite tall in order to save space, but this one stretches horizontally and feels like a true mountain resort. There’s no need to take an elevator when you go out – the hotel isn’t tall at all. You can spend there a stress-free and long holiday.
The interior is quite international!
Seasonal decorations meet you in the lobby. On the photo you can see the Halloween decorations. Halloween has its roots in some religious beliefs of the ancient Celts, but nowadays it’s a holiday when children dress up and go from a house to house, asking “Trick or Treat” and receiving candies.
Halloween’s pumpkin decorations were put on a fir tree which would later become a Christmas tree.
Perfect hotel for a long stay
This is the library space behind the front desk. Every chair has a particular design so you can choose your favorite one or try several chairs until you find the best. Often friends and couples pick different chairs and as a result sit far from each other! You can order snacks from the nearby lounge so this place feels cosy like your own living room.
There are various books and a computer to use in the library, therefore this resort is perfect for a long stay.
The dinner buffet
This is the dinner buffet at the hotel’s restaurant “Eclat”. Plenty of windows in all directions provide great views and a free atmosphere. In many buffest style dining places the stereotype is that quantity is more important than quality, but that’s not true for “Eclat”. Everything is freshly prepared and the steaks are cooked right there so that they can be consumed soft and juicy. You’ll overeat without even noticing!
A surprise waiting for you in the morning?
Niseko Northern Resort Annupuri’s guest rooms are simple but stylish. This room’s floor has a zebra pattern.
If you wake up early in the morning and feel that it’s rather white outside, immediately open the curtains and check. Maybe you’ll be lucky enough to see the splendid natural view of sea of clouds (best seen from the rooms facing the parking lot). You can watch from your room, but it’s even better to dress warm and go outside. The view of the mystical clouds which gradually disappear is gorgeous. You can see them more often in spring and autumn. It’s a rare natural phenomenon so consider yourself lucky if you saw one!
Enjoy the hotel in all seasons
Niseko is famous as a ski resort, but you can enjoy various activities all year round. For example you can drive along the splendid Niseko Panorama road, or go on trekking to the beautiful Shinsennuma Lake, or join a white river rafting tour! Just remember that Niseko Panorama road is closed during the winter, so if you want to visit Shinsennuma Lake first check the latest transportation information.
