2. The Treehouse (from USD 250)

Designed by a professional architect, this stunning property is divided into two units connected by a large, shaded, wooden deck. The name for the property comes from a boab tree allowed to grow and expand through the deck.

You’ll be staying in the Old Broome neighbourhood, not far from restaurants and shops. Despite its proximity to establishments, you’ll experience a country-living feel, thanks to the central deck and the quirky outdoor bathtub and shower. The colourful paintings and unique artworks in every room give character to the whole space and delicately juxtapose the plain tints and simple lines of the fixtures and furniture.

5. Castle El Getto

Bohemian meets spartan plus a splash of colour: this is one way to describe this quirky, “chilled-out” property. Castle El Getto has a nice, fenced, green patch of grass to the front where your dog can stretch their legs. Superhost Novak is a dog owner herself. She lives in a nearby unit with her pup Charlie who will keep stray cats and possums away during your stay.
