1. Vito’s
If you’re looking for a piano lounge in Seattle, then head over to Vito’s. It was first opened in 1953 as a restaurant and lounge on First Hill, Seattle by Vito and Jimmie Santoro. The restaurant has a long history of family-style Italian cuisine, cocktail culture, politics, and live music. The ownership changed when Jeff Scott and Greg Lundgren purchased the restaurant in 2010, but the newly renovated restaurant still retains its original, mid-century glamor and style. A grand piano was once more placed in the lounge and live music is played five nights of every week from Wednesday thru Sunday, with a range of sounds including jazz, soul, blues, and pop.
