Technically, this apartment is an extension to our previous property but with a different setting. Look for a detailed comparison if you’re interested. Situated in the same apartment complex, this rental unit is a few dollars cheaper. And similar to the prior listing, it’s a plain studio lodging. You will not get a full kitchen this time, just a microwave and a refrigerator. However, a television equipped with a DVD player is available in this apartment. A cable network is missing, but the Wifi connection is fast and reliable.

You wouldn’t be able to guess the age of this house as it’s now renovated, but it was originally built in the year 1769. It’s still ancient in some way, as the owners have conserved the original woodwork from that time. However, major parts of the building have been modernized. The apartment is huge, its kitchen spacious, and it comes with a patio deck.
