Located on the fifth floor of the Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel, Watertable offers the most spectacular view of the Inner Harbor of the city. The menus are creatively concocted by Executive Chef Germain Haro, whose loyalty to the Marriot brand is depicted in the food he prepares and the service that he extends to clients. The restaurant is famous for its crab cake, a special dish with local ingredients. The restaurant also offers catering services.
