Ruby Falls should be your first stop. Marvel at the majestic waterfall with all the lightings in this deepest underground waterfall. From here, you can also wonder at the sweeping views of Tennessee River and the Lookout Mountain Tower. When it is time for the sun to go down, make your way to Walnut Street Bridge and have a romantic stroll on it. Tennessee Aquarium is also worth visiting if both of you are into fish and other water species. And, make sure to stay at The Chattanoogan Hotel that boasts a heated indoor pool, steam and sauna rooms and a game room with billiards and shuffleboard.

If you are taking a trip to Chattanooga, TN, you must visit this city's aquarium. One of my favorite in the country, the aquarium has two buildings, one which is freshwater while the other is saltwater. The aquariums are extremely well done, and the freshwater building has a three-story tank that you can walk past on three landings that are built next to it. Make sure to set aside a whole day when you visit this great aquarium and get your tickets in advance so you can enjoy every minute of your visit!
