Potts & Sons are the famous makers of the Ivanhoe Clock. The landmark clock is located at the western end of Thornton’s Arcade. It has wooden sculptures of people and a huge bell. The sculptures are colorful, vibrant, and life-size. These life-sized figurines who strike the bell every 15 minutes are based from the characters of Robin Hood. The clock is framed with a wreath and blue trimmings. If you find yourself shopping in Thornton’s Arcade, do stop by and take a photo at this spot.
