T-Bar is situated just above the store called Tailorable for Women. It was originally just a rooftop break area for employees, until they began inviting customers up to enjoy the fantastic views over Seoul. From there, T-Bar was formed. Customers can lounge in one of the many comfortable sofas to enjoy the simple cocktails and tapas that are available. There is also a menu with more substantial foods. A night at T-Bar is an experience you will not forget!

Southside Parlor has a lot going for it. It is in a great location, near public transportation. Staff are all very friendly and most speak good English. It is a great area for groups, or even just solo travelers. There is a wide selection of delicious food, much of it done in southern Texas style. Drinks are excellent and unique, each made with care and creativity. Many customers enjoy sitting at the bar to watch the bartenders at work. And if they choose not to sit at the bar, they sit to admire the views overlooking the city. The atmosphere at Southside Parlor is really nice, with great (quietly played) music and arcade machines.

8. 10th Floor of the Express Bus Terminal

Editor's Note: There's no photo available at the time of writing

The Express Bus Terminal holds a secret on the 10th floor - an unexpected garden like space that wraps around the building. There are two Korean barbecue restaurants that visitors will buy beers from and then relax in the quaint, quiet garden. During the week, you will find many middle aged friends hanging out. On the weekend, the crowd is much younger. By definition it is not a rooftop bar, but all in all, there is beer and there is a roof with amazing views! Elevators operate until midnight, so be sure to take a look!
