The city is a fascinating mixture of the Georgian New Town, with beautiful neoclassical buildings, and in contrast, its Old Town which dates back to medieval times. The city is crowned by Edinburgh Castle, which hosts the crown jewels of Scotland and the Stone of Destiny. Here, the Highland Games are held each year. Arthur’s Seat stands tall in Holyrood Park, offering panoramic views over the city and its surroundings, while a visit to Calton Hill reveals a number of memorials and monuments. The city also offers a wide range of restaurants, serving international cuisine. Here’s a rundown of the top Spanish restaurants in Edinburgh, UK. Scroll below to view our top picks.
