heaps of space and very comfortable
the apartment is like our dream apartment-high ceilings, loads of room and right in the middle of the city
the flights of stairs to access the apartment were a bit troublesome for the older members of our group
all the other areas - bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, laundry, deck were also very generous
kitchen is huge with everything you need

6 of us hired the fremantle gasworks company apartment for a long weekend, the place was huge, great facilities, and everything was in place when we got there
very spacious (we thought the photos were just a clever camera, but it really is a very big apartment)
we stayed with a baby and were pleased to find the flat contained a high chair and cot in excellent condition

the kitchen is cold in the morning
the bathroom tiles need some deeper cleaning or regrouting
minor constructive criticisms:- the lounge-room has one couch, and it would make the stay more comfortable if there was another couch in the lounge-room, or a recliner type seat
the towels also need replacing as white towels that discolour are not appealing

the house is beautifully decorated inside, very clean and had everything we needed
unfortunately, however, the parking spot was extremely tight
the leafy courtyard is peaceful & private & the entire house is clean & well maintained
we found the property to be full of charm, tastefully decorated, and loved the heritage feel of the property

otherwise the owner graciously let us check out later which was really appreciated

Comfy leather lounges, Netflix-equipped TV, Wi-Fi, games, and books take care of all entertainment needs. Two bedrooms have queen-size beds while the smaller one has a king single which can be split. If you love outdoor living, you will fall in love with the wooden deck and the dreamy gazebo in the garden. The outdoor grill is a great touch, especially if you want to enjoy an evening of cooking with your travel companions. However, it is the attention to detail which steals your heart. A stocked kitchen, an amazing book collection, tea lights for the patio, etc. are just some aspects which make Mole End cottage so warm and welcoming.

only 4 chairs around small kitchen table - no other table or chairs inside
beds are super convertible
allenjoyed hot water an issue cockroaches in kitchen and bedroom no batteries in remote controls
the house only has 3 bed rooms -beds for 5 not 7 as advertised- a old wire sofa bed on the inclosed back room would make a very uncomfortable bed if you had 7 people here
our only suggestion is to have some blankets on the beds

this is why the cool house is so unique so one can overlook some of its short comings
house and garden need a bit of love though
we had no issues with pests nor any issues with the hot water tank
we booked in for 16 days - only one tea towel one set of towels and bed sheets supplied - so we had to keep washing them to have clean linen - only trouble no cloths dryer and only line a wire betw...
