the kitchen is cold in the morning
the bathroom tiles need some deeper cleaning or regrouting
minor constructive criticisms:- the lounge-room has one couch, and it would make the stay more comfortable if there was another couch in the lounge-room, or a recliner type seat
the towels also need replacing as white towels that discolour are not appealing

the house is beautifully decorated inside, very clean and had everything we needed
unfortunately, however, the parking spot was extremely tight
the leafy courtyard is peaceful & private & the entire house is clean & well maintained
we found the property to be full of charm, tastefully decorated, and loved the heritage feel of the property

the owner alison was very helpful in answering all kinds of questions
great for a couple
otherwise the owner graciously let us check out later which was really appreciated
we certainly hope to revisit when next visiting family in perth
we felt perfectly at home from the moment we arrived

heaps of space and very comfortable
the apartment is like our dream apartment-high ceilings, loads of room and right in the middle of the city
the flights of stairs to access the apartment were a bit troublesome for the older members of our group
