When the searing heat of summer gives sway, take a dip at White Water Bay in Oklahoma City. This amusement water park has more than 25 acres of massive water slides, swerving slides, and diving pools that just about anyone can enjoy. Risk takers can try a number of heart-pumping rides like Acapulco Cliff Dive that is 65 feet (19.8 m) high and features a record-speed slide or Mega Wedgie that is six stories high. Family-friendly rides include Big Kahuna, which is a four-person tube ride, or Bermuda Triangle, which features a diabolical twisting adventure of three slides. Thrilling rides aside, visitors can also enjoy the calm scenery of White Water Bay in Castaway Creek, which allows for a gentle yet fun float.
