Centro Comercial Fontanar is a huge shopping mall in Chia, and its design was carried out by the renowned North American Development and Desing Group (DDG) of Baltimore, USA. It has 193 specialty shops, 11 Cinépolis cinemas with four VIP rooms, as well as a 4DX room for families, especially those with children.

Sabana Norte Shopping Center is built right at the entrance of Chía, on the main access road and it offers a unique commercial alternative to Chía and its surroundings. Garabato Librería is a space for culture and reading for children, youth and adults and it opened its doors on September 23, 2015, in order to promote reading in Chia. While visiting the library, you can enjoy a good organic coffee or an exquisite tea, accompanied by biscuits, muffins or handmade alfajores.
