Located in the Centro neighbourhood of Anápolis, the MAPA - Museu de Artes Plasticas de Anápolis is a cultural landmark not just to the city, but the region. It’s also one of the top four museums showcasing visual arts in the state of Goiás. Inaugurated in 1989, the museum features a collection of more than 500 artworks, paintings, showpieces, and creations. It features the works of both Brazilian and international artists and has also been adding new rooms and exhibits to its collection.
