It’s hard to believe that this lush, well-maintained space was earlier a degraded and neglected area. Environmental Park Ipiranga is another excellent lush green park in the heart of the city. Known as the green lungs of Anápolis, the verdant park features acres and acres of landscaped grounds, trees, and flowering shrubs and plants. They all sit around a free-form lake, complete with water fountains and springs and even a lovely and cute bridge leading over it. The park even has a walking trail which is famous with the city’s joggers and runners. During evenings, there are even festivals and events held here.
