The beach at Fireman’s Park is the perfect place to cool off on a Summer’s day. There are paddleboat & paddleboard rentals available, as well as a water fountain for children. In addition, Fireman’s Park holds events for the public e.g. the recent beach bash held for families at the Clayhole Beach. This park is an excellent place for a picnic as there are both tables & grass spaces within the park. There are also concessions, which sell a variety of lunches, snacks, treats & drinks.

2. Play at the Curling Centre
The Chaska Curling Centre is the ‘national training centre’ and it has the 'largest curling membership’ in the USA. The centre is composed of both the arena, as well The Crooked Pint Ale House onsite. They host curling tournaments, group events, junior curling and league games. A current exhibit on offer shows the city during both WWI and WWII. In addition, Chaska Historical Society has a membership available to join, which includes Carver County Historical Society.
