The beach at Fireman’s Park is the perfect place to cool off on a Summer’s day. There are paddleboat & paddleboard rentals available, as well as a water fountain for children. In addition, Fireman’s Park holds events for the public e.g. the recent beach bash held for families at the Clayhole Beach. This park is an excellent place for a picnic as there are both tables & grass spaces within the park. There are also concessions, which sell a variety of lunches, snacks, treats & drinks.

The Chaska Curling Centre is the ‘national training centre’ and it has the 'largest curling membership’ in the USA. The centre is composed of both the arena, as well The Crooked Pint Ale House onsite. They host curling tournaments, group events, junior curling and league games. This is the perfect venue to learn the sport of curling, as there are lessons available. In addition, the centre also offers memberships, which allows individuals to join one of the many leagues!

These include walks through the garden and taking part in one or a few of the frequent events held in the arboretum. These include live music and various festivals. Chaska Historical Society is the place to visit to discover the city’s history, as well as the past of some of the people that called it their home. A current exhibit on offer shows the city during both WWI and WWII. In addition, Chaska Historical Society has a membership available to join, which includes Carver County Historical Society. The society also accepts volunteers for a wide range of activities. This is a unique place to visit and learn about history.

The Chaska Town Course is a golfing range, which is accessible to the public. This course has received numerous awards, such as the Minnesota Golf Associated ranking them number one.
