Holly Hall is an imposing brick structure that was once the family residence of several of the most prominent families in the county. It is believed that the last occupants of the house were the Sewell family, and since 1838, the house has had no occupants. The legend of the house tells of a father who rejected his son due to political differences and the son ended up cursing the father on his death bed. It is believed that there is a family burial vault inside the house and also that it is a haunted place. Since it is not open to the public and no one ever dares to venture through its corridors, all you can do is have a look from the outside and learn more about the sad history behind the structure.
