The doors of the herb and spice garden are shut on Saturday and Sunday but always open Monday to Friday. You can smell and taste a variety of herbs from vanilla to nutmeg and from cloves to cocoa and lemongrass. The Slinger family once occupied the historic plantation building that is today called Tower Estate in St Pauls, Grenada. If you are a history addict, you have to visit Tower Estate to see the estate’s Victorian features, the spice and fruit trees, and the organic farm. You should note that the stone edifice is closed all week except on Friday. This beautiful house is an excellent location, ideal to take pictures and make some wonderful memories.
