Set up in 1810, Boyd’s Mill is now situated in Middletown’s Paradise Park. Also called Boyd’s Eight-vane Wind Grist Mill, it is one of the last few survivors out of over 20 major windmills that once operated to supply Aquidneck Island’s daily needs.
