This is another garden in Mt. Juliet that is easy to access. However, it’s not too wide but a tour can still be made. Sgt. Jerry Mundy Memorial Park features a nine-hole disc golf course, a playground, some pavilions, and restroom. But its mile-long (1.5 kilometers) track feels like that you’re strolling through the woods. Take off some minutes from your day and take a hike in this wonderful parkland.

It’s situated not very far from the Cedar Creek Campgrounds on the Old Hickory Lake, and you can actually get there if you have a kayak or boat. This park supports a boat ramp, has 14 picnic areas including two sheltered patios, and restrooms. Considering the fact that it’s a free ground, you can try this location as well. William Owen Bradley is known as one of the chief architects of the country-pop genre ‘Nashville sound’ during the midst of the 20th century. He was the historic music producer and songwriter of this region, and this barn which he used to call the ‘Quonset Hut’ was his recording studio during the 1960s. He produced many great gems in this studio for at least a decade, and was later sold to Columbia Records. It is still a demo studio but inaccessible for the public.

There aren’t many dog parks out there, in fact, we have also not heard about one in a while. Luckily, Mt. Juliet has one, and it’s the best place in the whole Nashville region where you can play with your beloved canine. On another note, this is also a place to meet people with related interest and develop a friendship.
