If you prefer to go hiking, then Silver Lake Stairs should be a go-to. Given the countless stairs found in Silver Lake, it is highly advisable to properly plan your hike or you might just get confused. One of the photogenic Silver Lake staircases is located across Sunset Boulevard. The first part of the staircase is decorated with hearts and rainbow colours and it climbs 40 steps to Larissa Drive. The second part is across the street and it has 59 steps. To reach the top of the staircase, you will have to cross the second street and find the third leg which has 78 steps. You’ll also see cartoon drawings on the pavement or fence, including Space Ghost.
