Balnarring Beach is a small town located on the coast on the Mornington Peninsula of Victoria, Australia. While the town only has a general store and various picnic areas, the beach was in 2006 ranked among “Australia’s Cleanest Beaches” by the Keep Australia Beautiful Council. This beautiful beach house is located just a two-minute walk from the sand of Balnarring Beach where resident dolphins can be seen at play. There are many pleasant walking trails close by. The three-bedroom home is typical of coasting living, just over an hour’s drive from the city of Melbourne. The beach house is set in sub-tropical gardens and has a wide veranda for relaxation with a barbecue. There is a Hawaiian influence in the alfresco dining deck, which overlooks the gardens and a creek. The house features two living areas, one with an open fireplace and both with large windows overlooking the garden. 5. Palmers Hill - a rambling gem by the beach
This rustic and charming house dates back to 1927 and is the original farmhouse in Balnarring. There is a private path down to the beach. The property sleeps 16 guests in seven bedrooms with 13 beds and four bathrooms. The house has a large veranda with views over Westernport Bay and Balnarring Beach. The property features three separate sleeping wings. There is a pool and a table tennis pavilion. The living room comes equipped with TV and the house is air-conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi.
