Surrounded by flowers, green pastures, and cedar forest, the Blue House has a sprawling main floor with one double bedroom, a spacious living room, and a family room, which can also serve as a bedroom with access to a back deck and fenced-in dog yard, a full bathroom, and a kitchen. The upper story has a spacious master bedroom with a king-size brass bed, a cupboard and dresser, and a roomy spare bedroom with a double bed and single cot. Double futon couches in the family room and living room provide extra sleeping space for larger groups. There are also comfortable couches in both areas.
A firepit is in the backyard and wood is provided by the host. Kicking Mule Ranch offers three tipis and five one-room bunkies for two adults. Cots can be added to allow for one to two children in each. Each site has a firepit and a picnic table.
