This listing is in a great location, set in a complex only two minutes away from Downtown Comox, and just a fifteen-minute drive from Royston. Once you arrive at the house, head upstairs and you’ll find your bedroom with a comfortable bed, and a TV you can link up to your laptop to live stream Netflix. There’s also great wifi available throughout the house. You have access to the kitchen to make breakfast in the morning, and you can also make yourself at home in the living room and the outdoor patio. The hosts have built a separate guest suite in their house, and are renting it out on Airbnb. There’s room for three guests in this property, with two bedrooms. This cosy cottage is the perfect home away from home. There’s room for up to four guests and the entire property is surrounded by fruit trees. The house has been recently renovated and contains all the essentials you may need in the kitchen. The house has high-speed wifi, as well as a great collection of DVDs. If you’re after some unique walks and photo opportunities, the house backs onto an unused railway line - which if you’re really feeling up to it, you can actually walk all the way to Victoria. You have access to the entire guesthouse - and room for up to two guests. There’s a small trail that leads off from the property that takes you straight towards the beach. The kitchen is more than big enough - you could cook up a feast! There’s also a cosy living room area, with a built-in wood burning stove. There’s also a small dining room area next to the large windows looking out over the coastline and sea. This house is in a great location - it’s surrounded by trailheads, close to the nearest town, and if you don’t want to drive, there are also bus stops nearby. Pack up a picnic and head down to the Comox Valley and enjoy an afternoon in the sun, or alternatively enjoy the back garden with its fishpond and small waterfall.
