This darling cottage sits off of Fitzmaurice Street, in the historic district. Conveniently located in the center of town, you are within walking distance to many of the best amenities. Wagga Beach, the theater and a brewery are right down the road, as are some great restaurants and cafes. If you need to get to the university, it is about a 15-minute drive.

The place of many crows & gardens
Wagga Wagga is a modern city on the banks of the Murrumbidgee River. One of the most popular rivers in Australia, you will find some great places to enjoy along the shores. Wagga Beach offers a smooth, sandy beach with swimming. The Wiradjuri Reserve has shallow water and a slow current, so it makes for an excellent place for small children to swim, while Frog Hollow has many shaded areas, but the water is deep and the current swift.
When not indulging in water sports, you can check out Bayliss Street, with its many boutique style shops. Or, grab a bit to eat on Fitzmaurice Street, with its many restaurants, pubs, the brewery and coffee shops.
