The space heater kept the room cozy
Great view very authentic space
and it was very cozy although anyone with kids will want to make the kids stay downstairs in the double bed
Additionally the bed was small and uncomfortable
Very cozy with an outstanding view of the water and surrounding nature

The cabin is clean and nicely done
and I can't wait to return
Wonderful wild beaches to the south and north
We were extremely comfortable and had a wonderfully relaxing weekend

so make sure you plan accordingly Cynthia was very accommodating but gave us our privacy as well
she is also an amazing gardener
she is a very helpful and obviously hardworking host
They are so nice and hospitable
She took us on an adventurous hike with donkeys to a deserted beach

The Treehouse apartment is located in a private area on a wooded hillside, surrounded by nature and forest views and with a creek below. It is set on a private property in West Linn, a 15-minute drive to Portland city and less than an hour away from skiing in Mt. Hood and the Columbia River Gorge. White sandy beaches can be enjoyed in the Clackamas and Williamette Rivers, just minutes away from the treehouse. The apartment has its own private entrance. The living area features a gas fireplace for the cooler months, along with a pool table, dart board, ping pong table and home theater room with a Tiki Bar, kitchenette with a small fridge, ice cooler, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. There is an HDTV projection monitor for enjoying films and a Sony Playstation 3 with Netflix, Amazon Video, HBO, Hulu and other apps. There is also a spacious deck with patio furniture, a barbeque and a hot tub. The deck offers a barbeque oven with rotisserie. The bedroom leads onto a furnished deck with a putting green and barbeque. There is a hot tub for relaxing in the fresh air.

Very cozy and welcoming space
There is plenty to do pool
And the over-sized shower was a real treat
The view is incredible and the treehouse lives up to the description online
luxurious shower loved the privacy and being in the trees

The tree house doesn't disappoint pool table and hot tub
They had everything you can think of to make the perfect night away

the host was extremely attentive and friendly
that forest all day John was very accommodating and was there to greet me
great communication very helpful and very welcoming
and John is an amazing host

is the perfect distance from downtown Portland
It is a beautiful setting
Do be aware that it is located in a very quiet area and it cost about $27 to Uber into Portland each way when we spent the day out
We loved playing pool and my husband enjoyed the putting green after a long day of hiking
this is a really good deal

3. The Treehouse Retreat (from USD 51)

The Treehouse Retreat offers a unique camping experience in Philomath, five miles (eight kilometers) from the Oregon State University and close to Mary’s Peak and McDonald Forest. Electric lights are available on a dusk to dawn timer and there is a heater for the cooler months. Toilet facilities are provided in a composting outhouse. No hot water is available in the home. The loft has a memory foam mattress and there are two bunk beds on the main floor. A covered fire-pit gazebo is provided but cannot be used in the dry and windy months. Disconnect with the digital world and enjoy nature, as there is no TV or Wi-Fi available.

The treehouse itself requires climbing up some stairs
The treehouse is nice and cozy
The bed is really comfortable and the outdoor shower was super warm
and we stayed warm with the space heater FYI-
the treehouse was charming and cozy

There are 3 and two of them are full if energy
I said it was very loud
It was exactly as described and pictured but even better in person
The aspects that made it a "roughing it" venue (outdoor shower and outhouse) were clean and convenient
and I didn't think about that in advance

he opened the door angrily and asked if he could help me
and he did not say a word to us
We really appreciated Jason accommodating us bringing our dog with us

A definite stop if you are into a rustic and primitive

This treehouse is located on a small farm on a hillside with views in the Dundee Hills of Willamette Valley, a 10-minute drive from Newberg. More than 300 wineries can be visited within a 30-minute radius. Guests can enjoy an outdoor seating area and a spiral labyrinth through the fruit trees and berry bushes. In the treehouse, there is a microwave, refrigerator and hot and cold water. Free parking and Wi-Fi are provided. Sleeping arrangements include a queen-size bed, double bed and a single bed. Free Wi-Fi is provided. A kitchenette offers basic cooking options. The living area has a sofa bed and a gas fireplace, opening onto a spacious deck with a hot tub, putting green and barbeque. The outside shower is one of the many highlights of our stay
but you need to be able to climb stairs and willing to use "alternative" bathroom methods
It was everything Dabney and Alan have described in the listing and more
The only thing wrong with the Summit Prairie is that you eventually have to leave

8. Treehouse in Mt. Hood (from USD 200)

The owner describes a stay in the treehouse as “glamping at its best.” The attractive home is suspended between three large fir trees and is accessed via a spiral staircase. The treehouse is set on a private, 20-acre property lying at the foot of Mt. Hood, around an hour’s drive from Portland. It is also a 30-minute drive from Ski Bowl and the Mt. Hood National Forest. There are three ski areas within a 30 to 60-minute drive from the property. In the home, there is a gas heater for colder months and a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, coffee pot and microwave. In the living area, there is a queen-size bed and the sleeping loft features two single beds. There is a composting toilet and a cold water sink. Below the treehouse, there is a covered seating area and a picnic table and gas grill. There is also an outdoor shower with hot water in the warmer months. No TV or Wi-Fi is available in the property.

As the name implies the treehouse is magical
but we have stayed in top-of-the-line hotels with fewer amenities and less comfortable bedding

9. Sequoia Treehouse in Wine Country

Set in a beautiful Sequoia tree, this two-story treehouse is located in the center of wine country in Dundee, Oregon. The treehouse is set in a private property but has its own private entrance. There is a creek in the canyon below. The treehouse is accessed via a series of ship ladders, so is only for the adventurous and fit. The bedroom with double bed is located on the second floor and there is a black walnut toilet and a bath-house with a shower, sink and toilet is located below. Relax on the deck in a hammock, while watching the birds. Free parking is available on the property and free Wi-Fi is available to guests. There is no kitchen, but breakfast is provided each morning.
