The studio shares a courtyard with a pool with another working space studio and a home built in the 1940s. This lovely historic home is almost as old as Tucson itself. The home was built in the late 1910s back when the city limits of Tucson were still several miles west of where it currently is, and with time, the city sort of built itself up around it. Despite its age, the home has been renovated and modernized for your comfort and now features a remodelled bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and a lovely courtyard area in the back. You’ll be a few minutes from downtown and within walking distance to many restaurants, gardens and nature. You might even hear a howling coyote in the middle of the night. The studio apartment is a fully furnished space with lots of artwork around that was hand-picked by the host from local Tucson artists.
