The Vegan Nom is the first vegan taco truck in all of Texas. The owners began with a plan to save the planet by serving what they love best. They produce all their tacos and accompanying hot sauces with plant-based ingredients to improve animal welfare and reduce the carbon footprint. The food truck serves a variety of snacks, classic and signature tacos, along with side dishes and starters.
