some noise issues with a neighbor and the Sonder representative answered our call and responded very quickly they were very polite and responsive at all times

so congregating with a group to eat isn't possible

The home has a large comfortable living room kitchen and dining room area and a rooftop deck that seated our large family
Every room was comfortable and had it's own designated bathroom with a shower
sometimes it felt like the light is on in the bedroom
the beds are comfortable and the air-conditioning triumphed during abnormally hot days
but it could be due to the fact that I like to sleep in

and I never took the time to find it on the first floor
The only downside was it was on the 4th floor
but it has everything you need to make a meal
Shower has no door or curtain and gets water all over the floor and has no shelf for shampoo etc
Stay was okay Don't understand having lights for bed that don't have switch but instead need to be plugged in and you can't reach outlets

bathroom has zero counter space no shelf or rack in shower (had to leave shampoo condition and soap on the shower floor) tiny cheap bath towels
but no iron couldn't hold our luggage after checkout for our afternoon flight
no fitted sheets (left sweating on the mattress cover every night)

We were left only one key bed was terribly uncomfortable
internet was noticeably slow and Ikea furniture is chipped torn and near the end of its short life

The upper 2 bedrooms would not be handicapped accessible via the spiral staircase
the master bedroom is well appointed the other 2 are much smaller in size though adequate all with double beds
each had their own bathroom/shower

Response however was always prompt and the apartment was clean when we arrived
